To see coral held across every fisher you oversee, rather than one fisher at a time, use the Products List. In OriginsNext each tagged coral specimen is a Product, so the Products List is your view of live inventory across the fishery. You can narrow it by species, by fisher, by location or by generation, and then open any specimen for its full history. This article covers that review for a regulator using the Australian Wildlife Traceability System (AWTS).
Open the Products List
Go to Product Traceability > Products to open the Products List. It shows every specimen you are permissioned to see, across all the fishers and facilities you oversee. The list opens on Active products by default. You can switch between three views:

Active Products | Specimens currently traceable in the supply chain. This is your live inventory view. |
Inactive Products | Specimens no longer active, for example sold, exported, deceased or used as an input to a frag. |
All Products | Both of the above together. |
Narrow the list to what you are reviewing
Use the search box and filters at the top of the Products List to narrow it. The search box matches on Product ID, Product Template, Current Owner, Current Custodian, Current Location and Origin Location, so typing a fisher's name or a species name is often the fastest start. For a precise review, add a filter instead. The columns most useful to a regulator are:
Filter or column | What it answers |
Product Template | Which species or variety this is. Filter on it to review one species across the whole fishery. |
Current Owner | Which fisher or facility holds it now. Filter on it to review one operator's holdings. |
Generation | Where the specimen sits in its lineage: P for the original parent, then F1, F2, F3 and so on. |
Current Location and Origin Location | Where it is now, and where it was originally collected or produced. |
Count and Quantity | How much is held, so you can total a species or an operator. |
Product ID | The specimen's unique identifier, which for a tagged coral is its tag ID. |
You can combine filters, sort by any column, and show or hide columns to build the view you need.

Save a review you repeat
If you run the same review regularly, for example one species across all operators, save the configured list (its filters, sorting and columns) as a reusable view with ONX Views instead of rebuilding it each time.

Export the list for your records
To keep a copy of what you reviewed, apply your search and filters first, then click the export (download) icon at the top right of the table. The list downloads as a CSV file, split into 1,000 records per file.

Open a specimen from the list
Click any row in the Products List to open that specimen's full record, including its origin, generation, event history and the permits attached to it.

What appears in your list
The Products List only contains specimens you are permissioned to see. As a regulator, that means specimens under the Product Templates (species and varieties) your organisation owns or that have been shared with you, for example shared by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).
