ONX Views is part of the OriginsNext ONX AI suite. It lets you save personalised views of a list, including the filters, sorting and visible columns you have set, so you can return to them without setting them up again. The ONX Views bar appears at the top of list screens across the platform, including Orders, Products, Participants, Product Templates and Evidence.

Set up the list the way you want using search, filters, sorting and column visibility, then click Save as view. In the Save view dialog, enter a View name and click Save view. The view saves the current filters and sorting.

A saved view appears as a named chip in the ONX Views bar at the top of the list. Select it to reapply its setup. If you change the filters or columns while a view is selected, click Save update to save those changes back to the view. To keep the current setup as a new, separate view instead, click Save as view.

With a view selected, click the delete (trash) icon in the ONX Views bar, then click Confirm in the Delete View dialog. Deleting a view cannot be undone.

As part of the ONX AI suite, ONX Views can also proactively suggest personalised views based on your activity and account data, so the data that matters most is surfaced without manual setup.
