To review everything one fisher has been doing, open that fisher from the Participants List in OriginsNext. A fisher, farm, facility or exporter is a Participant, and opening a Participant gives you their profile, their locations, their licences and permits, the coral specimens they hold, and their recent Orders, all in one place. This article covers that review for a regulator using the Australian Wildlife Traceability System (AWTS).
Find the fisher
To find the fisher you want to review:
Go to Ecosystem Registries > Participants to open the Participants List.
Type the organisation's name in the search box. The list shows only the Participants whose name matches.
Check the row before you open it. Each row shows the Participant's ID, Name, Legal name, Relationship (such as Buyer or Regulator), Country and Status.
Click the row to open the Participant.

Start with the Overview
The Participant opens on the Overview tab, which is the fastest way to judge a fisher's current activity. It shows a summary card with their Legal name, Address, Country, Description and Website, plus:
Locations: the fisher's locations, where you can see them.
Recent orders: their recent Orders, each with the Sales Order ID, Seller, Buyer and Destination. This is the quickest way to see what they have been shipping.
Top product types and Top order destinations for the last 12 months: charts you can switch between Count, Weight and Volume, so you can see what species dominate their activity and where it is going.
Check their licences and permits on the Evidences tab
The Evidences tab lists the licences, permits and certificates linked to that fisher. Each row shows the Evidence ID, Evidence Name, Issuer, Awarded To, Relationship, Type and Validity, so you can see at a glance what is in force and when it expires. Click a row to open the full record, including its attached documents.
Note: An Evidence is the OriginsNext term for any licence, permit, certificate or approval. Validity can be a date, for example 31 December 2027, or "No Expiration Date" where an expiry is not relevant.
Check their specimens on the Products tab
The Products tab lists the coral specimens associated with that fisher. Each row shows the Product Template (the species or variety), ID, Current Owner, Current Location, Count, Quantity, Type, Generation, Sales or Purchase Order Id, Current Custodian, Origin Location and the relevant dates. Filter the tab by Active to see only what they currently hold, and use Show map to see the specimens geographically. Click a specimen to open its full record.

Check their sites on the Locations tab
The Locations tab lists the fisher's registered sites, such as collection areas, farms and holding facilities, with each site's ID, Name, Type, City, Country and Status.
If a tab is empty
If a tab or a card on the Overview shows no results, there are two possible reasons: the fisher has no data of that kind, or you are not permissioned to see it. As a regulator you only see Products and Evidence for the Product Templates (species and varieties) your organisation owns or that have been shared with you.
