How do I view my Evidence?

See all your Evidence in Evidence Tracking > Evidences, then open one to view its details, documents, products map and sharing.

You can view all the Evidence linked to your products, product templates, locations, orders and organisation in Evidence Tracking > Evidences. Evidence shared with you by other organisations also appears, where you have permission to see it.

View the Evidences list

To view the Evidences list, go to Evidence Tracking > Evidences. The list shows each Evidence with its Status, Evidence ID, Evidence Name, Issuer, Issued To, Relationship (Owner or Shared), Type (such as Order, Organisation, Location or Product) and Validity. To add an Evidence, click + Add evidence at the top of the list.

Note: The Evidence you see includes records linked to anything you currently own, previously owned, or have been granted access to.

For help searching, filtering, sorting, showing or hiding columns, or saving a reusable view, see How do I search, filter and customise a list in OriginsNext?

Open an Evidence to see its details

Click an Evidence to open its details. At the top are the actions Edit evidence, Delete Evidence and Share. The details are split across tabs:

Tab

What it shows

Overview

The Evidence details: Issued To, Issued by, Issued on, Effective from and Expires on, with the issuer's logo and Digital copy stored on. The Evidence documents table lists the attached files, with Add Document, Download, View and Delete.

Applied to

The entity the Evidence is applied to, for example an Organisation, Location or Order.

Products

The products the Evidence covers, with a map beside the list that shows their locations.

Sharing

The Trusted Parties the Evidence is shared with, and how it was shared.

To share an Evidence, see How do I share an Evidence?

Evidence on Orders

Evidence linked to an Order counts towards the Order's requirements only if your organisation filed it or it was shared with you. On an Order shared with you, some Evidence can count through the Order's creator while its details stay with the organisation that filed it. If you open that Evidence, you see Evidence not shared with you: ask the organisation that filed it to share it with you.

For the Evidence behind an Order's requirements, see How do I view Evidence linked to an Order?
