You view the Evidence linked to an Order on the Order's Compliance tab. Each compliance requirement on the tab shows the Evidence that fulfils it and how much of it is done.
Open an Order's Compliance tab
To see an Order's Evidence, open the Order from Order Compliance > Orders and select the Compliance tab. The left panel lists the Order's requirements with their status. Select a requirement to see its Evidence in the right panel.
Find a requirement in a long list
An Order can carry many requirements, so the Compliance tab lets you narrow the list:
Use the search box to find a requirement by name. If nothing matches, the list shows No requirements match.
Use the All, Incomplete and Required chips to show every requirement, only those not done yet, or only required ones. Click Clear to reset the list.
Supporting requirements are shown in numbered groups set by the Evidence Template. Requirements with no group are listed under Other requirements.
Each requirement shows an x/y count of what is done, for example 3/5 locations complete or 2/3 supporting requirements complete.
Optional requirements
An optional requirement carries an Optional badge. Whether a requirement is optional is set on the Evidence Template. An unmet optional requirement is still listed on the Order, but it does not affect the Order's compliance status, so you can leave it unmet.
See the Evidence for a requirement
When you select a requirement, the right panel shows the items that fulfil it. If only one item matches, OriginsNext shows it inline instead of a list, so you see its Evidence straight away.
A requirement can also ask for a supporting document attached to the Order, such as a bill of lading. It shows No evidence added until a document is attached, then Evidence added.
What each Evidence record shows
For a generated or added Evidence record you can see what it is Applied to, its Evidence ID and created date, the Participant Details (Issued by, Participant Address, Participant ID), any Evidence Data fields and the Supporting documents attached to it. Use Download or View to open a document. Where a requirement has supporting requirements, each is shown with its own status. The Evidence details also show the issuer's logo.
Which Evidence counts on an Order
Evidence counts on an Order only if your organisation filed it or it was shared with you. On an Order shared with you, some Evidence can count through the Order's creator while its details stay with the organisation that filed it. If you open that Evidence, you see Evidence not shared with you.
Note: To open Evidence marked Evidence not shared with you, ask the organisation that filed it to share it with you.
For what the statuses mean, see What do the Evidence status labels mean? To set the requirements themselves, see How do I add compliance requirements to an Order?
