How do I view and find Locations?

View Locations on the Our locations, Our ecosystem and All locations tabs, filter by type, and open a Location to see its details.

The Locations registry shows the physical sites in your ecosystem, such as farms, mines, mills, warehouses and ports. You can browse the list across three tabs, filter it by location type, see locations on a map, and open a Location to view its details, evidence and products.

View the Locations list

Go to Ecosystem Registries > Locations. Three tabs split the list, and each shows how many Locations it holds:

  • Our locations: the Locations your organisation owns.

  • Our ecosystem: Locations owned by other Participants that are connected to you.

  • All locations: every Location you can see.

Each row shows the Location's ID, Name, Type, City, Country, Status and an Actions column. The list and a map sit side by side, and you can hide either one to give the other more room. An Add location button is in the top-right.

To add one, see How do I add a Location?

Filter by location type

To show only one kind of site, use the location type quick filter above the list. It starts at All types; choose a type, for example Farm or Warehouse, to narrow the list. The same filter is on the Locations tab of a participant's details.

Search, sort and row actions

Use the search to find a Location by name, and choose columns, sort and save a personalised view with ONX Views. In the Actions column each row has Edit location and Archive location. Archiving removes a Location from the active list.

To remove a Location, see How do I remove a Location?

Open a Location to view its details

Click a Location to open it. The header has Manage boundaries, Add Evidence, Edit location and Delete. The details are split across tabs:
