If a user hasn’t accepted their invitation or can’t find the email, you can resend the invitation from the Users tab.
To resend an invitation email:
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Select the Users tab under Organisation Settings.
Locate the user with a status of Invited.
Click the More actions (⋯) icon next to the user.
Select Resend invitation.
The user will receive a new invitation email with a link to activate their account.
