How do I log in to OriginsNext?

Access the OriginsNext platform using your registered email and password

To log in to OriginsNext, you need to have already accepted your invitation email and created your account credentials. If you’re an administrator, you will also need to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) setup.

Follow the steps below to log in:


Step 1: Go to the login page

Open your web browser and go to the OriginsNext login page at:

If you are trying to access the Sandbox environment please go to https://sandbox.originsnext.com


Step 2: Enter your login credentials

  1. Enter the email address associated with your OriginsNext account

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click Log in

If you’re logging in for the first time, make sure you’ve followed the setup instructions provided in your invitation email.

Step 3 (Admins only): Complete 2FA

If you’re an administrator, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

  1. Open your authenticator app

  2. Locate your OriginsNext account

  3. Enter the displayed 6-digit code

  4. Click Verify


If your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO)

If your organisation is set up for single sign-on (SSO), you sign in through your organisation's identity provider instead of entering an OriginsNext password.


Accepting the terms and privacy statements

The first time you log in you are asked to accept the OriginsNext terms and privacy statements, and you may be asked again if they are later updated.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the login screen to reset.

  • Didn’t receive your invitation email? Check your spam or contact your organisation’s administrator.

  • Authenticator code not working? Check that your device’s clock is accurate, or re-scan your QR code if needed.

  • Need to log out? Click your profile name in the top-right corner and select Log out. See How do I log out of OriginsNext?
