To log in to OriginsNext, you need to have already accepted your invitation email and created your account credentials. If you’re an administrator, you will also need to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) setup.
Follow the steps below to log in:
Step 1: Go to the login page
Open your web browser and go to the OriginsNext login page at:
If you are trying to access the Sandbox environment please go to https://sandbox.originsnext.com
Step 2: Enter your login credentials
Enter the email address associated with your OriginsNext account
Enter your password
Click Log in
If you’re logging in for the first time, make sure you’ve followed the setup instructions provided in your invitation email. Refer to:

Step 3 (Admins only): Complete 2FA
If you’re an administrator, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Open your authenticator app
Locate your OriginsNext account
Enter the displayed 6-digit code
Click Verify
Troubleshooting tips
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the login screen to reset.
Didn’t receive your invitation email? Check your spam or contact your organisation’s administrator.
Authenticator code not working? Check that your device’s clock is accurate, or re-scan your QR code if needed.
