OriginsNext asks you to accept its End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before you can use the platform. You accept them the first time you log in, and again only if they are later updated to a new version.
First login
When you set up your account from your invitation email, after creating your password you are asked to agree to the OriginsNext End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Click Accept to complete your registration and reach the Home screen.

If the terms are updated
If the terms or privacy statements are later updated to a new version, a modal appears at your next login asking you to accept the updated version, even though you accepted an earlier one. Review the linked documents and click Accept. The modal closes and you continue to the Home screen. On later logins, the modal does not appear again unless the terms change.
