Some ecosystems set up a checklist of the evidence they ask each organisation and its Locations to hold, for example registrations, licences or certificates for a supplier and its sites. The checklist appears on the Required evidence tab of a Participant and of each of its Locations. From there you can see what is still missing and click Provide to add it. The checklist shows what your ecosystem has set up; you decide which evidence fits your circumstances.
Open the Required evidence checklist
You can open the Required evidence checklist from a Participant or from a Location:
For a Participant: go to Ecosystem Registries > Participants, open the Participant and select the Required evidence tab.
For a Location: open the Location, for example from Ecosystem Registries > Locations or from the Participant's Locations tab, and select the Required evidence tab.
Tip: In WoodFlow EUDR, the Provide missing evidence tile on the Home screen shows how much evidence is still missing and across how many organisations, for example 174 evidences across 5 organisations. Select it to open the Participants list, then open a Participant or Location and select its Required evidence tab.
Read the checklist
The checklist shows how many items have been provided, for example 7 of 17 provided, with a count for each status. Items are grouped under The organisation and under each of its Locations. Each item has one of these statuses:
Status | What it means |
Provided | Evidence has been provided for the item. |
Expiring soon | Evidence has been provided, but it expires soon. |
Expired | The evidence provided has expired. |
Not provided | No evidence has been provided yet. |
Items marked Optional can be left out. If no checklist applies to the organisation, the tab shows Nothing is required yet.
Provide an item
To provide an item on the checklist:
On the Required evidence tab, find the item.
Click Provide. An evidence form opens, already filled in for that item.
Complete the rest of the form, add any documents, and save the evidence.
Back on the checklist, check the item's status and the provided count.
Note: A provided item shows that evidence has been recorded in OriginsNext. It is not a statement that the supplier or its Locations meet any regulation.
For the evidence form, see How do I apply an Evidence? For the other tabs on a Participant, see How do I view a Participant's details?
