How do I view and find Locations?

View, search and open Locations in the registry, across the Our locations and Our ecosystem tabs, with a map and detail tabs.

The Locations registry shows the physical sites in your ecosystem, such as farms, mines, mills, warehouses and ports. You can browse the list, see locations on a map, and open a Location to view its details, evidence and products.

View the Locations list

Go to Ecosystem Registries > Locations. Two tabs split the list:

  • Our locations: the locations your organisation owns.

  • Our ecosystem: locations owned by other Participants that are connected to you.

Each row shows the Location's ID, Name, Type, City, Country, Status and an Actions column, with a map alongside showing where the locations sit. An Add location button is in the top-right.

To add one, see How do I add a Location?

Search, filter and row actions

Use the search to find a Location by name, and choose columns, sort and save a personalised view with ONX Views. In the Actions column each row has an edit (pencil) action and an archive action (archiving removes a Location from the active list; you can archive and unarchive from here).

To remove a Location, see How do I remove a Location?

Open a Location to view its details

Click a Location to open it. Its details are split across tabs:
