If a location owned by your organisation is no longer valid—such as an incorrect address or a site mistakenly used by others—you can archive it to prevent future use.
Note: Only locations owned by your organisation can be archived.
Steps to archive a location:
Click your account name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Settings, then click the Locations tab.
In the list of your owned locations, locate the row you want to archive.
Click the Archive button next to that location.
Once archived, the location will no longer appear in selection menus for new events, order, evidences, or movements but will remain available for historical traceability purposes.
Important: Archiving a location does not delete it from the system - it simply removes it from active use.
