Your Product Templates are the product varieties your Organisation has defined. You can view them, search and filter the list, open one to see its details, and edit it.

Go to Ecosystem Registries > Product Templates. The list has two tabs: Our product templates (the varieties your Organisation owns) and Ecosystem product templates (templates shared across your ecosystem). The list shows columns such as Status, ID, Product Template Name, Category, Brand Owner, Family, Genus, Species, Uploaded By, Last Updated and Visibility.

Use the search, filter and sort options to find a Product Template, for example by name. Matching templates are shown and the rest are hidden. You can also save a personalised view of the list with ONX Views.

Open a Product Template to view its details on the Overview tab. This includes the name, Common Name, Brand Owner, Country of Origin and a Biological Classification card showing the Family, Genus, Species and CITES Appendix. A Product hierarchy card shows how your variety relates to its Genus and Species. To change a template your Organisation owns, click the edit (pencil) icon, update the details and save.
