You can view all products you currently own, have owned, have had in your custody, or has been shared with you, using the Products module in OriginsNext.
Steps to view your products
From the home page, click Monitor Products from the quick actions panel or navigate to the Menu Bar and select Product Traceability > Products.
Click Products to open the full product list.
Product view options
You can toggle between the following views:
View | What it shows |
All Products | All products your organisation can access. |
Active Products | Products currently traceable within the supply chain. |
Inactive Products | Products that are no longer active (e.g. sold, decommissioned, or used as an input). |
The list defaults to Active products on first load.

Important: Product visibility is based on the permissions set on either the:
Product Template, or
Event-level permissions attached to each product record, or
Order sharing feature.
