When you scan a tag with View Coral on the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app, the specimen details open only if you are permissioned to see that specimen. Permission depends on your relationship to the specimen.

Owners
You can view a specimen your organisation owns (as one of your Products) when you scan its tag.
Buyers (via an Order)
You can view a specimen that has been shared with you through an Order, even if you do not own it. This includes Buyer users.
Regulators
A regulator user can view specimens for the species (Product Templates) their organisation owns or has been shared with, for example shared by DCCEEW (Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water).
Note: If you scan a tag you are not permissioned for, the specimen details do not open.
