When packing an order on the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app, line items behave differently depending on their source code. Wild (W) source lines let you record a manual quantity without scanning a tag, while captive-bred (C) source lines are scan-only. This article covers the W-source manual entries.
For the overall flow, see How do I pack an order on the CTS mobile app?
Which lines allow manual entry
On the order you can see which lines allow manual entry (W source) and which are scan-only (C source). Only W-source lines accept a manual quantity.
Enter a manual quantity
On a W-source line, enter a manual quantity without scanning a tag. The line shows a running total that combines scanned tags and manual entries into a single packed count.
See what makes up a line total
Expand a line item to see both the scanned tag entries and the manual entries that make up the packed total, with each distinguishable at a glance. When you reopen an order, the actuals you recorded in earlier sessions are shown.
Adjust or remove a manual entry
On a W-source line you can adjust the quantity of a manual entry, or remove it by setting the number to 0.
