You log in to the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app with the email address and password registered to your CTS account. The CTS mobile app is the Android app used to record coral traceability events in the field. You need to have the app installed before you can log in.
Before you start
Before you log in, make sure the CTS mobile app is installed on your Android device and that you have your registered email and password.

Log in with your email and password
To log in to the CTS mobile app with your email and password:
Open the CTS mobile app and tap Login on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address in the Enter email field, then tap CONTINUE.
Enter your password, then tap Login.
When your details are correct, you are signed in and taken to the CTS Home screen.
If your login does not work
If you enter an incorrect password, an error message tells you the credentials are invalid and you stay on the login screen. Check your password and try again. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

Note: Some accounts need an extra step at login. Administrators with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled are asked for a verification code. The first time you log in, you also need to accept the terms and privacy statements before you reach the Home screen.
