If you have forgotten your password for the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app, you can request a password reset from the login screen. CTS sends a reset link to your registered email address so you can set a new password.
Request a password reset
To reset your password from the CTS mobile app login screen:
Open the CTS mobile app and tap Login.
Enter your registered email address in the Enter email field, then tap CONTINUE.
On the password screen, tap Forgot password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to request the reset.
A password reset email is sent to your registered email address, and a confirmation message asks you to check your email.
Set a new password and log in
Open the reset email and follow its link to set a new password. Then log in with the new password:
Open the CTS mobile app and tap Login.
Enter your email in the Enter email field and tap CONTINUE.
Enter your new password and tap Login.
You are signed in and taken to the CTS Home screen.

Note: If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the email address registered to your CTS account.
