The first time you log in to the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app, a terms and privacy dialog appears and you need to accept it before you can use the app. After that, you only see the dialog again if the terms or privacy statements are updated to a new version.
What the dialog contains
After you log in for the first time, a dialog titled OriginsNext End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy appears. It contains:
Explanatory text stating that by accepting, you acknowledge the terms and privacy policy.
A View OriginsNext End User Terms of Use link.
A View OriginsNext Privacy Policy link.
A View Coral Traceability Solution Data Collection Statement link. [SME REVIEW: confirm the exact title of this third document.]
A Cancel button and an Accept button.
You can tap any of the three links to open and read each document, then return to the dialog.
Accept the terms to continue
To accept the terms and reach the Home screen:
Log in with your credentials.
When the dialog appears, optionally tap each link to review the documents.
Tap Accept.
The dialog closes, your acceptance is recorded, and you are taken to the CTS Home screen. The dialog does not appear again on later logins unless the terms are updated.
If you tap Cancel
If you tap Cancel instead of Accept, you are not given access to the Home screen and you are returned to the login screen. You need to log in again and accept the terms to use the app.
Note: If the terms or privacy statements are updated to a new version, the dialog appears again at your next login, even though you accepted an earlier version. Tap Accept to record your acceptance of the new version and continue.
