If a user needs access to OriginsNext again after being suspended, you can easily reactivate their account.
To reactivate a suspended user:
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Select the Users tab under Organisation Settings.
Locate the suspended user (they will appear with a “Suspended” label).
Click the More actions (⋯) icon next to their name.
Select Reactivate user.
Confirm the reactivation.
Once reactivated, the user regains full access to their assigned organisation and permissions.
