How do I reactivate a suspended user?

Restore access for a previously suspended user

If a user needs access to OriginsNext again after being suspended, you can easily reactivate their account.

To reactivate a suspended user:

  1. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  2. Select the Users tab under Organisation Settings.

  3. Locate the suspended user (they will appear with a “Suspended” label).

  4. Click the More actions (⋯) icon next to their name.

  5. Select Reactivate user.

  6. Confirm the reactivation.

Once reactivated, the user regains full access to their assigned organisation and permissions.
