How do I suspend a user in my organisation?

Suspend access for a user who no longer needs to use the platform

Administrators can suspend users in OriginsNext to immediately revoke their access without deleting their data. Suspended users can be reactivated later if needed.

To suspend a user:

  1. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  2. Select the Users tab under Organisation Settings.

  3. Find the user you want to suspend in the list.

  4. Click the More actions (⋯) icon next to the user.

  5. Select Suspend user.

  6. Confirm the action in the pop-up window.

Suspended users will no longer be able to log in or access any part of the platform until reactivated.
