How do I switch between organisations in OriginsNext?

Easily access and manage multiple organisations you are part of

If you are a user linked to more than one organisation in OriginsNext (e.g. a supplier and a customer), you can switch between them without needing separate logins. This allows you to manage each organisation’s data, orders, evidence, and users from a single account.

To switch organisations:

  1. Click your User profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Switch organisation from the dropdown menu.

  3. Choose the organisation you want to access from the list displayed.

  4. Your session will reload with the selected organisation’s environment and permissions.

Each organisation may have different access rights, data, and compliance configurations — ensure you are working in the correct one before proceeding with any updates or actions.

This feature streamlines multi-party collaboration and makes managing your supply chain relationships within OriginsNext more efficient.
