OriginsNext allows you to securely share evidence with other organisations in your supply chain—such as buyers, certifiers, or financiers—who need access to evidence details for traceability or compliance.
Steps to share an evidence:
From the side menu, go to Evidence Tracking > Evidence.
Select and open the evidence record you want to share.
In the top-right corner, click Actions > Share.
Complete the sharing form by entering the required fields. Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Click Share to confirm.
How to view shared organisations:
Return to the Evidence Overview for that evidence record.
Click the Shared Organisations tab to open the sharing list.
The following columns will appear in the sharing grid:
Trusted Parties – The organisations with access to this evidence
Shared By – Your organisation (the evidence owner)
Created At – When the evidence was first shared
Last Updated – Most recent change to the shared record
Actions – Options to remove sharing or enable/disable access
Tip: You can update or revoke sharing at any time to maintain control over who has access to certification data.
