How do I update my details in account settings?

Update your personal contact details used across the platform

You can update your personal account details such as your name, phone number, and email address. These details are used across OriginsNext for system-generated forms, audit trails, and notifications.

To update your details:

  1. Click your Organisation Profile in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. Under the Your Details section on the left panel, click Update Details.

  3. Edit your personal information as needed.

  4. Click Save to confirm your updates.

Keeping your account details up to date helps ensure accurate attribution across platform actions.
