How do I update my details in account settings?

Update your personal, driver and vehicle details from the Your Details card on Settings > Account.

The Account tab in Settings is where you maintain your organisation's details and your own personal details. Your personal information is used across OriginsNext for system-generated forms, audit trails, notifications and movement reporting.


What the Account tab contains

Open Settings from the account menu (top-right) and stay on the Account tab. It has three areas, each with its own UPDATE DETAILS editor:

Organisation Logo

Upload, preview or remove your organisation's logo.

Organisation contact details

Organisation Contact Name, Contact email and Contact phone number, plus the toggle Can external organisations create your organisation's locations on your behalf?

Your Details

Your own personal, driver and vehicle details (see below).


Update your personal details

Your personal details sit in the Your Details card, on the right-hand side of the Account tab. The fields are:

  • Full Name

  • Email

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Landline Phone Number

  • Driver Licence Number

  • Driver Licence Country of Issue

  • Driver Licence State of Issue

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Vehicle Type

To update your details:

  1. Click your account name in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. On the Account tab, find the Your Details card on the right.

  3. Click UPDATE DETAILS to open the editor.

  4. Edit your details. Country of Issue and Vehicle Type are dropdowns.

  5. Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard.

Note: The driver licence and vehicle fields are used for movement and consignment reporting, so keep them accurate if you record movements.
