In OriginsNext, you can manually add new organisations to your ecosystem so they can be used in orders, traceability events, evidence sharing, and compliance workflows.
To create a new organisation:
Click + Add organisation in any form where you are able to add an organisation
Fill in the organisation details in the form:
Organisation name: Enter the full legal name of the organisation.
Business identifier: Provide a globally unique identifier (such as ABN, CNPJ, or DUNS if applicable).
Registered address: Provide a registered address.
Country: Select the organisation’s country of registration.
Contact email (optional): Add a point of contact if known.
Click Save to save the new organisation.
The new organisation will now be available for use across your OriginsNext workflows and can be linked to products, locations, and orders.
