How do I view my Evidence?

View your third-party certifications in one place

You can view all evidence associated with your products, templates, locations, orders, and organisation using the Evidence module in OriginsNext.

Steps to view your evidence:

  1. From the home page, click Evidence Tracking from the quick actions panel or go to the Menu Bar and select Evidence Tracking > Evidence.

  2. The Evidence List will open, showing all evidence linked to your supply chain records.

Filter options:

Use the filter options to refine your view:

  • All Evidence – Full history of current and past evidence

  • Active Evidence – Currently valid and in-use evidence

  • Expired Evidence – Evidence that have passed their approval period (for reference only)

Shared evidence from other organisations that you have permission to view will also appear in this list.

Note: The evidence displayed includes records linked to any products, product templates, locations, or organisations that you currently own, previously owned, or have been granted access to.
