You can view all the Evidence linked to your products, product templates, locations, orders and organisation from the Evidences module. Evidence shared with you by other organisations also appears, where you have permission to see it.
View the Evidences list
Go to Evidence Tracking > Evidences. The list shows each Evidence with its Evidence ID, Evidence Name, Issuer, Issued To, Relationship (Owner or Shared), Type (such as Order, Organisation, Location or Product) and Validity. An Add evidence button is at the top.

Open an Evidence to see its details
Click an Evidence to open it. Its details are split across tabs:
Tab | What it shows |
Overview | The evidence details (type, Issued To, Issued by, issued/effective/expiry dates) and any attached Evidence documents. |
Applied to | The entity the evidence is applied to (for example an Organisation, Location or Order). |
Products | The products the evidence covers. |
Sharing | The Trusted Parties the evidence is shared with. |
Note: the Evidence you see includes records linked to anything you currently own, previously owned, or have been granted access to.
