The Participants list shows the Participants in your ecosystem, such as your customers, buyers, suppliers and regulators. From it you can filter by relationship, search, add a participant, manage your relationship with each one, and open a Participant to see more.
View the Participants list
Go to Ecosystem Registries > Participants to open the Participants list. Each row shows the Participant's ID, Name, Legal name, Relationship (such as Buyer or Regulator), Country, Status and an Actions column. Click a row to open the Participant and view its full details, including its locations, evidence, products and order activity.
For the full profile view, see How do I view a Participant's details?
Filter by relationship
To show only one kind of Participant, use the relationship quick filter above the list, for example to see only your suppliers or only your buyers. Some ecosystems open the list with this filter already set from the Home screen. For example, in WoodFlow EUDR the Manage suppliers and their forests and Manage buyers tiles open the list filtered to suppliers or buyers.
Search, filter and sort
To find a Participant, type in the search to match by name; the list shows only Participants whose name matches and hides the rest. You can also filter, sort and choose columns, and save a personalised view with ONX Views.
For how these list controls work, see How do I search, filter and customise a list in OriginsNext?
Add a participant
To add a Participant from the list, use the Add participant button in the top-right corner. It is a split button: its menu offers presets such as Add supplier and Add buyer, which set the relationship for the new Participant.
For the steps, see How do I add a new Participant organisation?
Row actions
The Actions column lets you manage each Participant:
Edit link and Unlink: set, change or remove your relationship with the Participant.
Your own organisation's row has an edit (pencil) action.
