OriginsNext offers three types of user roles to manage access and responsibilities across your organisation. Each role comes with a defined set of permissions to help maintain security and appropriate control over actions within the platform.
Overview of user roles
Role | Permissions |
Administrator | Full system access. Can add, edit, and suspend users; configure settings; and perform all user actions. |
User | Operational access. Can view, create, and update records, but cannot manage users. |
View-Only | Read-only access. Can view supply chain records and data but cannot make any changes. |
Important: Only Administrators can manage user roles and access settings.
