Where can I see a history of Order changes?

Review a complete, auditable log of actions taken on an Order

The History tab provides a chronological record of all key actions and updates related to an order. This includes changes to evidence, product allocations, order status, sharing activity, and more — helping you trace who did what, when, and why.

To view the history of an order:

  1. Open the relevant order from the Orders list.

  2. Select the History tab from the top navigation menu.

  3. Review the timeline of actions, including:

    • Type of action (e.g. sharing, status, evidence, products, scenarios).

    • Action details (e.g. “Evidence submitted”, “Order shared”).

    • User who performed the action.

    • Timestamp of when the action occurred.

  4. Use filters to narrow results by:

    • Action type (via the coloured tags).

    • User who performed the action.

    • Keyword or phrase using the search box.

  5. Scroll through the ordered timeline to follow the sequence of events from order creation to completion.

This audit trail ensures transparency, accountability, and traceability for all order-related activity, supporting both internal reviews and external compliance needs.
