The Sharing tab provides visibility and control over which external organisations have access to the order, and what data they can view.
Open the relevant order from the Orders list.
Select the “Sharing” tab from the top navigation.
Review the list of organisations the order has been shared with, including:
Organisation name
Type of access granted (e.g., View-Only, Full Evidence Access)
Date shared
Shared by (user who initiated the share)
To add a new organisation:
Click Add Organisation.
Select the organisation from the dropdown list.
Choose the appropriate access level.
Click Confirm to apply the share.
To remove access for an organisation, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Remove Access.
Any updates to sharing are logged in the activity history of the order.
Use the Sharing tab to manage collaboration across supply chain partners and ensure only relevant parties can access the order data.
