Yes. The Australian Wildlife Traceability System (AWTS) is the same initiative that was previously called the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS). The project was renamed: only the name has changed, not the platform, the features, or how you use it.
Why the name changed
Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) was the original project name, used while the system was being developed. It has since been renamed the Australian Wildlife Traceability System (AWTS). The acronym has changed from CTS to AWTS, but it refers to exactly the same system.

Note: You may still see "CTS" or "Coral Traceability Solution" in older documents, emails or on some hardware. These all refer to the AWTS.
What the AWTS is
The Australian Wildlife Traceability System (AWTS) is the world's first system for tracing individual corals through the supply chain. It supports provenance recording and Australia's obligations under CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), combining marine-grade RFID tagging with the OriginsNext platform to link each physical coral to its digital record. It is funded by the Australian Government's Reef Trust and delivered in partnership with DCCEEW (the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water).
