How do I contact OriginsNext support?

Reach the OriginsNext support team via the in-app or Help Centre help widget, or by emailing [email protected], whether or not you are signed in.

If you need help or want to report a problem, you can reach the OriginsNext support team whether or not you are signed in. The main ways are the help widget (in the app or in the Help Centre) and email.

Help widget in the app (signed in)

While you are signed in to OriginsNext, open the help widget to search the help centre and send a message to the support team without leaving the app. Open the help widget by clicking the round green button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Help Centre widget (not signed in)

If you cannot sign in, go to help.originsnext.com and use the help widget there to browse articles or send a message to the support team. Open the help widget by clicking the round green button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Email

Email [email protected] at any time, whether or not you are signed in. This is useful for detailed questions, or when you want to attach files such as screenshots.

Tip: To help us resolve your issue faster, include as much detail as you can: what you were doing, any error message you saw, and the ID of the affected Order, Product or Evidence.
