How do I cancel or export an Event?

Use the three-dot menu on an Event's detail page to export (download) the Event or cancel it.

You can cancel or export an Event from its detail page. Both actions live in the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page: Export downloads the Event, and Cancel cancels the Event.


Open the Event and its menu

To cancel or export an Event:

  1. Navigate to Product Traceability > Events from the menu.

  2. Select the Event you want from the Events list to open its detail page.

  3. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page.

  4. Choose Export to download the Event, or Cancel to cancel it.


Export

Export downloads the Event so you have a copy of its record.


Cancel

Cancel cancels the Event and it will be displayed with a canceled status in the event list, but no longer appear in product journeys.
