You can cancel or export an Event from its detail page. Both actions live in the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page: Export downloads the Event, and Cancel cancels the Event.
Open the Event and its menu
To cancel or export an Event:
Navigate to Product Traceability > Events from the menu.
Select the Event you want from the Events list to open its detail page.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page.
Choose Export to download the Event, or Cancel to cancel it.
Export
Export downloads the Event so you have a copy of its record.
Cancel
Cancel cancels the Event and it will be displayed with a canceled status in the event list, but no longer appear in product journeys.
