How do I get help from the CTS mobile app?

Open the help guide and support contact from the CTS mobile app navigation menu.

You can reach help and support from the navigation menu of the Coral Traceability Solution (CTS) mobile app. The Help option opens the help guide and support contact details so you can find answers or get in touch.


Open Help from the menu

To open help, tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-left corner of the Home screen, then tap Help. You are taken to the help content, which gives you access to the help guide and/or help desk support contact information, such as the OriginsNext Help Centre or a support contact method.
