What do the Evidence status labels mean?

Understand how to interpret Evidence status indicators for your Orders and Products

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Each Supporting Evidence record includes a status indicator showing whether it is Incomplete or Active. Understanding these indicators helps ensure your Orders are fully documented and ready for review.

  1. Navigate to the Order and open the ‘Evidence’ tab

  2. Review the “Status” column in the Evidence list

  3. Status types include:

    • Active: Evidence instance exists and the validity period has not passed.

    • Incomplete: Evidence instance is missing or has expired.

  4. Click into the Evidence detail view to confirm any missing data or attachments

  5. Use the visual indicators (such as completeness ticks or warnings) to guide any required updates

Monitoring these statuses ensures your team maintains high-quality and compliant data across the supply chain.
