Who can see and apply Evidence in OriginsNext depends on your organisation's role and on which organisation owns the item the evidence is linked to.
Visibility
Evidence can be applied to products, locations, product templates, orders, participants or your organisation.
By default, an Evidence is visible only to the organisation that created and applied it.
Organisations and participants on the journey of a product the evidence is linked to can see it from that Product's Evidences tab.
To make an Evidence visible more widely, you must share it explicitly with another organisation.

Applying and editing
Applying and editing Evidence requires the appropriate permissions in your organisation. Organisations the evidence has been shared with can view it but cannot edit the original. Users with view-only access can see shared and applied evidence but cannot change it.
