Viewing and applying evidence in OriginsNext is based on user organisation’s role and ownership of the item being linked to the evidence.
Evidence can be applied to products, locations, product templates, orders or the organisation itself.
By default, evidence is visible only to the organisation that created and applied it.
Organisations and Participants associated with the journey of the product that is linked to an evidence will be able to see the evidence form the Product – Evidencias tab.
To allow visibility across the supply chain, evidence must be explicitly shared with another organisation.
Shared organisations can view but not edit the original evidence unless permission is granted.
View-Only users can see shared and applied evidence but cannot modify it.
