The Participants tab of an Order shows the Order participants: the organisations that had custody or ownership of the products, and their input products, associated with the Order. It builds up as products are allocated, and gives you the Order's chain of custody as both a list and a graph.
View the Order participants
Open the Order from the Orders list and select the Participants tab. A table lists each participant with their Participant ID, Participant Name and the Product Type they were involved with, and a chain-of-custody graph shows how the participants connect (you can zoom the graph in and out).
Switch the chain-of-custody view
Use the toggle above the list to change what the chain shows:
Ownership history: the organisations that owned the products.
Custody ex transport: custody of the products excluding transport legs.
Full chain of custody: every organisation that held the products, including transport.
Use this view to verify contributors and investigate any gaps in the chain of custody.
For more on what each view shows, see What do the Ownership, Custody and Full chain of custody tabs show on an Order?
Note: if the tab shows no results, participants appear once products have been allocated to the Order.
