OriginsNext asks you to accept its End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before you can use the platform. You accept them the first time you log in, and again only if they are later updated to a new version.
First login
When you set up your account from your invitation email, after creating your password the End user terms, privacy and data dialog opens. To accept the terms:
If you want to read the dialog in another language, click the language picker (globe icon) at the top right of the dialog. It shows the current language as EN, ES or PT. Select English, Español or Português.
Click the links in the dialog to read the OriginsNext End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Each opens in a new tab.
Click Accept to complete your registration and reach the Home screen, or click Cancel if you are not ready to accept.
Note: The wording in the dialog can vary by ecosystem. The steps to read and accept the terms are the same everywhere.
For the full account setup steps, see How do I log into OriginsNext for the first time from an invitation email?
If the terms are updated
If the terms or privacy statements are later updated to a new version, the End user terms, privacy and data dialog appears at your next login asking you to accept the updated version, even though you accepted an earlier one. Read the documents through the links in the dialog and click Accept. The dialog closes and you continue to the Home screen. On later logins, the dialog does not appear again unless the terms change.
Read and accept the terms in your language
You can read and accept the OriginsNext terms in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Before you read the terms, use the language picker (globe icon) at the top right of the dialog to switch to EN, ES or PT, then click Accept.
To change the language once you are logged in, see How do I view OriginsNext in a different language?
