How do I find compliant inventory for an Order on the Scenarios tab?

Use an Order's Scenarios tab to see which of your available inventory meets the Order's compliance and volume requirements before you allocate.

The Scenarios tab on an Order helps you find inventory that meets the Order's compliance and volume requirements before you allocate any products. It compares your available inventory against the Order's requirements, scores each option, and shows the result on a list and a map, so you can choose to allocate only compliant stock. On the tab, the panel is titled Compliance scenarios.

Open the Scenarios tab

Open the Order and select the Scenarios tab, which sits between the Compliance and Products tabs. The Order's compliance requirements are listed at the top as chips, for example Deforestation and Conversion Free. The matching inventory is shown for the Order's product, with the product name and the number of locations above the list (for example, "Matching inventory for Soybean Meal (Brazilian Origin)").

Read the results

Your available inventory is listed by Inventory location, with its Volume, Distance to departure and a compliance Status:

Status

What it means

Compliant (green)

Meets the Order's requirements.

Partially compliant (amber)

Meets some but not all of the requirements.

Not compliant (red)

Does not meet the requirements.

The map shows the same inventory, colour-coded by compliance status, so you can weigh up compliance against distance to the departure location. Use the search and column controls above the list to find a specific location.

ONX Insight summary

At the top, an ONX Insight summarises the picture in plain language, for example whether the Order can be fulfilled from compliant inventory alone, how much compliant inventory is available, and how much compliant headroom you have above the quantity required.

Use what you learn here to allocate compliant stock. To allocate, see How do I allocate products to an Order, including manual batches?
